Bluetooth "Skipping"?
Do you have multiple phones tied to your truck? My son would borrow my old 2018 from time to time and would connect his phone to it. So when he was riding with me our phones would fight each other to connect to the truck.
No, I am the only one in truck. It isn't all the time, just on occasion.
I believe based on my experience that the problem likely is the phone. There have been times when my phone has been running connected in cell phone mode, while running the carplay navigation, and playing music while charging.
There comes a point where the heat build up as all these functions is too much for the device and it starts to act up. The only solution is to unplug the phone, shut it down or minimize the active functions. Once it cools down, all good.
Now that is different, but similar, I suspect, from the head unit issue that I've had where its occasionally stopped running Factory Navigation after 13-14 hours on the road. It also yesterday, had only limited responsiveness of the audio/carplay etc buttons. In both instances, system reset itself after shutting down the and allowing the system to cool down.

Hi there. This Bluetooth concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your F-150. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.
