Have a 24 lariat which i beleive has v1.2 of bluecruise.
Is there a way to tell whether in truck or in app to see what version one has? And when would one expect an upgrade to 1.4?
I hear it's rolling out but wondering when to expect?

AFAIK, BC 1.4 is only available for 21-23 F150's and 21-24 Lightnings for now. 21-24 Mach E have 1.3 and 2025 Mach E has 1.5.

Ford has not released BC 1.4 for 2024-2025 F150's yet. I have no idea why they are holding it back, but that is where things stand as of right now.

 

What's the material difference between 1.2 and 1.4 anyway? Does 1.4 offer additional features? I know going from 1.0 to 1.4 added the lane positioning upgrade, the speed while cornering upgrade, and lane change with turn signal, but I thought possibly all of that was in 1.2?

 

No new features. Supposedly improved performance of BC overall. I had 1.2 and 1.4 both on my truck and didn't notice a difference. However, either 1.2 or 1.4 did behave obviosuly better than 1.0.
