Anyone have issues with error messages after installing tailgate light bar? cross traffic and blind spot not working error message

Your truck probably thinks a trailer is connected, disabling BLIS

When I installed the light bar I did not cut any of the wiring I use the snap connectors. And yes it thinks there is a trailer connected. However after I got the error codes I disconnected everything removed all the snap caps and wiring that I had for the light bar. I still continue to get the error
