Truck is being delivered in a few weeks and I cannot stand chrome wheels. So unless I can find someone to swap me I will be looking to buy some ford oem takeoff wheels (prefer STX if you know anyone). There are some good choices out there. I did find half a dozen ads for oem tremor wheels that look like STX wheels but black. I did my due diligence to look for these online through photos and cannot seem to find these anywhere on the ford oem side. i.e.part numebr or even a picture of a stock truck with these wheels on them....anyone have any info on these? These appear to be oem and there are numerous ads out there.

 

I can't find any trucks that come with these gloss black stx wheels. It seems like they have been painted 3rd party. They look really good though. I've got a set of stx wheels waiting to be put on my truck and I'm seriously considering getting them painted like this.

 

They do look good. Where did you score your STX wheels. I’m having a hard time finding a set.

 

I believe those came from Texas Truck tire. I’ve never purchased anything from them but I think I recognize that pic as one of theirs

 

@motorsport36 I got my set off Ebay. $1600 for the wheels with tires.

 

good eye! That’s the place I found them. They messaged me back today and said that they are STX wheels and they powdercoat them.

 

I’ll just have to keep an eye out for a set. Thanks!

Those are not dark gray STX wheels, those are the XLT and Lariat Sport wheel. Similar design, but not quite the same
