After a recent visit to the dealership, my bedlights have stopped working. The switch in the bed still turns on the white light on the 3rd brake light, so I don't think it is the switch. I have tried every switch I know of and even Zone Lighting in the app with no effect. Any ideas?
I have received 2 OTAs since the visit with 4.3.5 coming in today.

 

The thread linked below might help you, I had the same issue and it was eventually discovered that Ford loaded the wrong software into my body control module during one of their OTAs. Using Forscan to fix what Ford messed up completely solved my issue.

Thanks. The service department ordered me a new BCM. I took the info from the above thread and sent it to them. I would rather they fix it than replace it. Since I have taken to them, I don't want to make any changes and have them blame me since it is still under warranty.
