Has anyone added oem bed lights to their 23' F150 and had a problem with the programming or not had a problem.

the harnesses with plugs are attached to the frame, can it be connected or turned on with Forscan?

I ordered the starkey bed lighting kit. Easy to install and has worked flawlessly for the last 2 1/2 years. I did this so I didn’t have to worry about fordscan

Forscan is great piece of software to have. The license pays for itself in no time.

I added it to my 22' STX, (wiring plugs were already there) didn't have any problems with forscan. It did reset once after an ota update but just redid it with forscan, no problems since.

same, exact same as this gentleman. Total cost is about $40 cad. Oem switch and some knock off led lights off Amazon.
