Default Bed light circuit max current limit

Hello.. I have a ‘26 F150 with the 2 factory bed lights in the rear of the bed, a black floor mat, and a cover. It’s pretty dark in there.

I was wondering how much current draw I can put on this bed light circuit before I get in trouble. I want the additional lights to work with the factory light circuitry and the light switch in the bed. I just want more light.

Anyone have any guidance on this?

i don’t suppose anyone would have a schematic for this circuit and would be willing to share…

Thanks in advance,

Brian

I put these along the underside of my soft rollup tonneau metal side frames, ran wires and spliced into the factory bed light wires, LEDs draw very little current I would not fret over that.
