Default B10d9 code active when trying to program new pcm on 2024 f150

Im having issues programming a new pcm on my 2024 f150. It was struck by lightning and fried the pcm and gateway module. i replaced and programmed the gateway module with no issues but the bcm kills the truck every time I start programming the new pcm. I tried forscan and fdrs but code B10d9 stays active and Im suspicious that is what is causing the issue. I already replaced the PATS transciever and tested all the wires between bcm and transceiver and they were good. I cannot program keys with fdrs or forscan because I dont have nastf login so i would need to take it to a dealer for that. I tried both keys but neither work. Im trying to decide if the bcm has failed or if keys just need to be reprogrammed. Can unprogrammed keys actually cause the b10d9 code and if I do haul it to a dealer will they be able to program the keys with a new blank pcm that isnt programmed?

I haven't replaced a PCM on something that new yet but on the older stuff after programming or having theft codes or even replacing the cluster... you had to perform a parameter reset afterwards. If you haven't done that maybe give it a try if there's a tab for that to click on.

It's under warranty right? If they won't cover it your full coverage insurance will. Won't they? I'm wondering why you're having to fix it yourself...
