According to Alldata:

Torque: 258 lb.ft (350 Nm)

NOTICE: Install and tighten the new wheel hub nut to specification in a continuous rotation. Always install a new wheel hub nut after loosening or when not tightened to specification in a continuous rotation or damage to the components may occur.

hmm okay… yeah local dealer told me 184. But it also took them an hour to get that information. Also the size of the nut is a 36mm.

258 lb.ft would be a normal and expected torque spec for an axle nut of this size, I often see axle nuts and bolts that require 250-350 lb.ft of torque on normal passenger vehicles.

Okay thankyou. I just wish there was more specific information regarding my model and year you know? Even the dealer had troubles. It took them over an hour and that makes me second guessing.

Alldata has a very complete set of information for 2021 and 2022MY F150s at this point, but things aren't always listed where you would expect them to be in Ford's service instructions. If you're looking for this torque spec, the axle nut torque doesn't show up in the front axle shaft R&R procedure, but it does show up in the front wheel hub R&R procedure.

I looked up the spec under a 2022 F150, I'm not sure where they are getting 184 from.

I would also check to see if it varies depending on which axle you have (e.g. max tow rear axle)
