Default Automatic Volume Control

My 2023 Lariat has automatic volume control. Setting the sensitivity and enabling/disabling it is done through the Sync 3 menu. The problem I seem to be having is regardless of which sensitivity level I set is at, the volume does not change.

Has anyone had any similar experiences with this? Is there a reset button sequence for the radio features?

Try disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes.

In my experience it doesn't do much.

I had that on my 2021 and it really didn't change volume much. I messed with it initially and basically wrote that "feature" off.

I'll have to pay closer attention. I suspect mine is working as for awhile I put the sensitivity on low and found myself turning the **** depending on vehicle speed. Went to medium and I don't touch it nearly as often.

But I've never paid close enough attention to be sure it was actually working.... Will try it off, then on max and see if I notice.

The changes on mine is minimal, it gets distracting trying to do this while on the freeway moving. I just turned mine off. On my volume, there is a point like 4 lines in where the next is too loud and the previous too low!

I agree, although my truck is a 2015. I can't see that it does anything.
