We've tried multiple RV/trailer apps and want to try the built-in Ford navigation (although the $80/year price tag is a bit much). Looking for other's experiences with it. How did it handle height restrictions, avoiding sharp turns, etc?

 

I have a friend that drive semi-truck over the road he uses an app called CoPilot GPS Navigation. It lets him put in the truck size cargo any restrictions that he has to follow. Hope this helps.
