Default Adding Service History

I'm aware of the discussion about features being removed from FordPass to include owner ability to enter service records. That said, functionality to do so still appeared available when logged into Ford.com. However, I've tried numerous times at different times of the day to enter a service record. I get the following message:

"Oops! Something went wrong adding your entry. Please refresh and try again later."

So, is it really 'Oops, try later' or has another capability been removed? Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

We had another member here not long ago that kept having similar issues. He reached out to me and I was able to enter his service record for him. The error was due to something with the Notes box at the bottom of the service record entry. I left his notes out of the Notes box and the record got accepted and added to his records log. If you are adding notes into that box at the bottom, try leaving the Notes box empty and see it if works for you. Also try using different browsers in case it's a browser issue on your end.

Thanks - I'll try leaving out the notes, but first I'll try using my desktop browser instead of my phone Chrome browser. Cheers!

It didn't work on the desktop browser when I added notes. It saved when I deleted the notes. I then went back in edit mode and added a short note and it accepted the edit with the note. Certainly shouldn't have a apply a work-around, but mission accomplished.
