Default '21 Speedometer

Is there any way to change or hack the speedometer (and ideally tach), to be a digital "analog" with needle? Mostly I want to get rid of the giant numbers, it is so annoying and distracting.
Particularly in Canada since we are in km/h and so the number is constantly changing. Honestly who gives a rat's *** if I am doing 107 or 108? Show me a needle just under 110 and I'm good.
Imagine the thermostat in your house went to hundredths of a degree.

I don’t think there is a way to change that, but I agree it should not be that difficult to create a couple of alternative screens with digital “needles” speedometer and tach. I miss those too!!!
