Arrow 2024 and Earlier models; The Exhaust tips are too small for the bumper cutout

Has anyone installed aftermarket exhaust tips that fit nicely in the bumper cutouts?

I have a 2024 on Order with BAP. I plan to put on aftermarket tips for sure.

I just began my research, but has I am interested in installing an aftermarket exhaust as well, but one with a valve, where I can make the truck quieter when needed.

I was able to find a video of a 2024 F150 with BAP and you can see the exhaust tips look small, at least from this angle.

Looks like they are not concentric, size doesn’t seem to be wrong.

How much wiggle room do they need? And spacing between hot pipes and the bumper paint?

Not sure if this helps, but here is a slightly better angle of my 23 with the BAP. Personally I think the size is ok and doesn't look off.

Its important that any opening like that is large enough to accommodate the movement of the exhaust in relationship to the bumper. Ram was the company that started this look on the production line. You'll typically see some that are close to the bumper and others that are further away.

Thanks for the picture. I tried to see how your truck would look with Exhaust tips that filled out the cutout in the rear bumper.

People here made good points about the rattle or vibration, I guess one way to achieve this look and avoid the rattle would be to hard mount the tips in the bumper and have the pipes just sit in the exhaust tips. Similar to how most SUVs have their exhausts.

My GMC Sierra had those HDMI exhaust tips which were hard mounted to the bumper, and the exhaust pipes just hovered inside the tips. This is the only way to achieve the zero gap or minimal gap between the tips and the rear bumper.
