2023 F150 Synch display Locking Up

2023 F150 Synch display Locking Up
Hi Guys
First time posting and first time Ford F150 owner after having owned several Silverado's and Sierras for the past 17 years.
I currently own a '23 F150 Lariat and I am having issues with the Synch display locking up anytime I land on the Sirrus-XM page. Any time I try to press a button for another screen the whole unit freezes with music still playing. I can click thru the other screens with no issue but if I land on the XM page to change the station everything freezes and you have literally 5 seconds to click on another screen. The only way out of the mess is to do a system rest holding the power button and forward button down on the radio at the same time. This makes changing stations on the XM page a major pain in the ***. Any ideas what may be the cause? Other than this stupid issue I love the truck and am glad I ditched GM.
