If you bring your truck and your wallet to a dealer, you can easily convert to a 24. Even a 25!

I've seen this done years ago on the rams 04/05 to 06+ and vise versa. Can be a very expensive endeavor.

If you are dead set on the conversion your best bet is to find an auto wrecker with a truck that's been hit in the back and they'll sell you the front clip (fenders, hood, grille, rad support, bumper...) otherwise you'll be sourcing a lot of expensive OEM parts and unless you work at a body shop and can R&R, align and paint yourself you are literally throwing away money.

New front end. New led headlights and signals on all models, new bumper, new fog lights. Also, new tail lights.

There's threads around here converting a 15-17 to an 18-20 model front end but I've not seen anyone convert the 21+ into a 24 here or other Ford forums.

We all have opinions. I think they look better now.
