Hello, I went into one of our local dealerships to check on a service issue on my 2015 Platinum and decided to check with fleet (I always order my trucks through fleet) on when the latest you could order a new truck. The rep said that they were taking orders on 2022 models now with a late summer early fall delivery. Has anyone heard about this? I knew you could order 2022 F-250’s now but had not read/heard about ordering 2022 F-150’s. Anyone else here know about this or did this rep confuse F-150-F-250 models?

 

Ford hasn't notified dealers on when the 2021 F150 model year will end and the 2022 model will begin. 2022 model year Super Duty trucks are currently being ordered with a June 1st Job#1 date.

You cant order a 2021 F250 anymore.

2022 F250s only and Ill bet my last dollar that youre going see a significant price increase. Presently, upper echelon F150s are the same cost as F250s.

 

I knew that You can only order 2022 F-250’s now. I specifically asked the rep about 2022 F-150 as there was a possibility that I would like to order a 2021 F-150 and he told me that I could no longer order a 2021. Go figure, as usual well read consumers know more than some dealer reps...... oh well.

 

will be interesting to see when ford cuts off orders for 2021s. my guess would be june

 

My dealer isn't taking 21 orders because there is no timeline for delivery. They're telling me to wait til June 1 and they'll open 22s.

 

eh, i think its awfully early for 2021 orders to be cut off
