Default 2022 leveling options

Hey everyone I have a new 2022 F-150 3.5EB. It’s 4x4 Screw. My question is what’s the best leveling option for factory like ride without doing the strut spacer, without doing the upper control arm and staying as far away from rough country as possible. Preferably Bilstein or better quality. I’ve searched and searched and cannot find anything definitive about things fitting my year. I had Bilstein 5100s on my 12 ram and it rode better than factory. Thanks for the help in advance.

I highly recommend digging through the 2021 leaving thread, as there are hundreds of posts on different kits. The 2021 and 2022 models should be exactly the same.

In summary, a good puck lift up to 2” in height is perfectly fine. Stick with aluminum pucks (steel usually okay as well), and avoid polyurethane or other plastics. Readylift in particular is super popular and decent quality.

Beyond about 2” is when you begin to significantly shorten component life, and should start considering upper control arms. Beyond about 2” you will also significantly shorten the life of the CV joints, especially with regular 4WD use (including 4A). I personally would not go beyond 2.25” without budgeting for control arms and possibly even CV shafts.

Be aware, sensor recalibration may be required, and a front end alignment will certainly be required. Headlights will need to be adjusted down.

If you choose to add larger tires, there are a few other things to keep in mind. Speedometer calibration with FORSCAN, reduced MPG and torque, fender and crash bar clearance, increased suspension component stress, etc.

Thanks! I gave that thread a look and think I’m just gonna wait till they have options for my 22. I don’t want to spend $800 on the Bilsteins if I can find them in stock for them not to fit.

Any level kit will alter the factory ride. No questions.

The coilover system offers the best quality. Spacers not so much.

I read where you previously changed the shocks and it was 'better'. I guess that is just subjective as to what you really want. Should it ride like stock or should it ride like the drives personal preference.

The coilover though is the best option.
Rancho, Fox and Bilstein have options (I think Fox does).

I know I want coil overs for sure. Just no rough country. Bilstein or better for me. Money isn’t really an issue. But I don’t want to spend 4k on leveling the truck with say icons or similar. I wouldn’t mind the 6112 kit with the 5160 rears. I’d really just like confirmation that the fronts will fit. Rears are 2 bolts. I did my lift myself on my ram. Super easy. I can do the lift on the F150 as I have all the tools including vacuum pump for the hub.

The only acceptable place for rough country.
my hatred for rough country runs deep. Those shocks were less than a year old when I replaced them with Bilstein. My completely unbiased/ unaware girlfriend even spoke up and asked what did I do to my truck. It doesn’t vibrate or feel every pebble in the road. (Not exactly in those words)

Do the 5100 fit 22 model year? And at a moderate raise of 1”, do I have to adjust headlight and any other sensors?

All the options will work on 22 year, the coil over for the 14-22 are all the same. I have done almost all the options on my trucks, so far the best one in my option is the Eibach.

Hard to tell in the pic since I cant see the perch... Are these the 2.0 coilovers or the pro-truck shocks/springs?

So I could order a 6112 kit and 5160 rears? And it would fit just fine on the 22
