2021 Powerboost Rear Rotor/Axle Bolt Sheared
I took my 2021 Ford F-150 3.5L Powerboost in for it's 10k mile check up and when the driver side rear tire was removed the rotor/axle bolt head and part of the bolt came off with the tire. I suspect this bolt was cross threaded and over torqued from the factory and it's been rattling around in the hub since. The dealership was unable to remove the broken bolt and indicated that they'll need to replace the axle. Has anyone see this on their truck or heard of similar issues?

NOTE - UPDATES TO THIS POST ENDED 5/30/2023. REPORTS OF FAILURES POSTED AFTER THAT DATE (post #1230) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TABLE BELOW.
Just FYI, I've gone through every post in this thread and compiled the attached list of reported bolt failures in an Excel spreadsheet.
If you're among the listed with missing data (e.g. missing model year, build or delivery date, engine, miles), or if you spot errors / omissions, please post below and I'll add it later and post an update. The build month/year is on your door-jamb sticker, if you don't have access to that please post month/year you took delivery of your truck.
It's a given that all of these have Max Tow.
I was interested to see the total data summarized, thought others might be too, make of it what you will.
FINAL UPDATE 5/30/2023.

This is that brand new 3/4 floating axle?
Suppose to be stronger than the semi floating axle.
