I think the taillights are not completely uncovered that's why they look like that. I thought about that too

Could be. But I dont see how it can increase efficiency. I like the transmission cooler vent better than an open hole

Not surprised, but somewhat disappointed it confirms a refresh. This will take them past 20 years with the same boxy design language. While styling is always subjective, GM and Ram look far more modern IMO.

The grill reminds me of a rounded off Toyota grill.

The 2018-2020 front end looks much more tough and macho.... they softened it up by giving it the styling cues of the Ranger, which looks lame to me.... Why didn't they make it closer resemble the New Super Duty??!...

then again we need to see other trims that compete with the Rebel and AT4... it might look better

Im leaning towards ordering a 2020 and then in another 3 years jump to the new Tundra (hoping that Toyota doesn't screw that up)

this is disappointing sofar

Thank God they are finally putting projector headlights on it! I don’t think I will trade up anytime soon, now the grille looks more like the Ranger than the superduty.

Still better than the cybertruck

The front bumper has quite a few sensors in it.

Im reserving my opinions until all trim levels and styles are out with hopefully some new wheel sets and paint colours...not just another shade of silver or red.

From the back anyway there appears to be very little in terms of changes to body lines or styling.
Looks like in some pics Ive seen that the tail lights function in red and have the yellow/orange inside bulbs for turn signals...similar to Ram.

I think it looks pretty good. While there is a tiny bit of GMC in headlights, go compare them side by side, the GMC front end looks too bulbous, and has the goofy dips down by the bumper and generally looks crappy (not as bad the new Chevys, but still).

It will be nice to see the full unwrapped truck to get a complete view. I would also like to see what they have done with the interior.
