Wut, the whole thing is plastic now! Got any of that video to share?
Looks to me like it has a single vacuum line running to it (larger, almost kinked hose), and wiring inside a protective housing (smaller, straighter hose that has a boot at the IWE), which would smell right for a vacuum actuator on the IWE.
