How heavy is the front skid plate and can I put it back on alone? I want to install orange tow hooks Saturday. 2nd what kind of shop can remove the surface rust in the rear of truck and paint it? Body shop?

 

You should be able to handle the skid plate by yourself. I have used a floor jack to hold it up while I secured it.

As for the rust on the frame and pumpkin. If you can spray windex you can treat the rust yourself. Get yourself some Corraseal. put it in a spray bottle and spray away. Just make sure you place cardboard under where you are spraying
