2021 F150 XLT Powerboost - It updated yesterday with the Amazon Alexa stuff and since then the screen restarts around 7 times then stays off. I've tried the reset with the volume button and right arrow. Anything else I can try before taking to the dealer? Both local Ford dealers won't take an appointment. They say just drop it off for 4-5 days to get looked at!

 

Try disconnecting battery for 30 minutes another way to reset it. I had an issue on my 2013 F150 and that fixed it

 

power boost has 2 batteries I believe…did you disconnect both?

 

Tried disconnecting the battery but did not work. I didn't disconnect the powerboost battery....didn't want to mess with it. Guess dealer next if there's nothing else to try?

 

My 12" screen reboots every now and again...over the 13 months I've had it, it has done it maybe 4 times, all randomly and seemed fine after it restarted.
It's definitely freaky when it happens while driving.

Hope you can get a loaner...they were like gold around here last time I talked to my dealer.
