Hi, I am new here. I have a 2018 f-150 sport with the 5.0 v-8. It has 5600 miles on it now, I am getting the oil changed tomorrow. the problem I have is that I have had to add 5 quarts of oil in this time, which seems VERY excessive. Any one else have this problem? I have owned several new vehicles over the years and never used oil like this. Any input would be appreciated, Thanks

 

Somethings wrong. An engine shouldn't use 5 quarts of oil in 5600 miles. Especially an engine as new as one in a 2018. Take it to the dealer and get it checked out.
