Default Courtesy lights

I have a 2016 F150 super crew cab. I wanted to put courtesy lights in all the doors. Is there a wire that I can hook up in each door how would I do it? Any ideas is there a wiring diagram that I can look at? Does anyone have one??

Depends on the trim level. my 2016 XLT is not pre-wired. I would have to run wiring to install those.

So I would have to run all fresh wiring into the doors and then put a switch on each door

That depends. You still didn’t mention which trim. Higher trims will have a puddle light wire you could tap into.
