I have a 2010 F150 Lariat 4x4. Both sides of the vehicle only blow cold air. No matter how I adjust the thermostat, only cold air. I've looked at changing the blend door actuators, but I've read that usually one will go out but the other works fine. It's dual climate controlled. What are the chances that both actuators broke at the same time? What should I be looking for?

 

Wondering if you have resolved your concern. If so, what was the problem if you don't mind my asking.
