So I purchased a BDX tuner and 3 custom tunes from 5 Star tuning for my 2020 F150 3.5. They have sent me the tunes and when I go to apply the tune it tells me the vehicle is not supported. With the tuner still connected to the truck I connect it to the computer and update the tuner. It get information from the truck and says it needs to update the tuner software. After it’s done it then tells me my truck is supported. Still when I go to apply the tune it tells me it’s not. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have an email out to 5 star but just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this and if so how to fix it. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Never had that issue. Maybe reach out the SCT to see what they say as well.
