Default tuning options

Hi guys,
I am doing long tubes on my 15 5.0, i have a CAI, hooker blackheart catback, also going with the catless y pipe. those are it for the mods right now. I already have an SCT X4 tuner I bought for a focus.
I am wondering what tune to go with? what are you guys using 93, 91, 87 E85? gas mileage is not an issue it will not be my daily driver, looking for most power/throttle gains with what I have at this point. don't want to do the intake manifold I might be doing charge air in the future.

thank you

Oz and Ortiz are both excellent. Oz uses factory style flex tuning standard. Ortiz has it as an add-on. I have tunes from both, both flex. They drive a little bit different but not much. I find the Oz drives a little better day to day but Ortiz has consistently produced quicker ETs. YMMV
