I'm sure you folks can all tell that I'm brand new to the HP upgrade game, so I do have more questions...
I've decided that when I pull the trigger, I will go ahead and also upgrade the OPG and cam gear.
Another question- does anyone know a very rough, ball park estimate for what I can expect to pay for an upgrade to the cats/exhaust?
I'm not looking for noise/tone/rumble... I want mine to be a sleeper, and as stock as I can keep her, but with upgrades that will improve reliability and longevity.
I am aware it will require a tune, but I never considered it would need 2. (One for towing) as I've never entered the tune game either.. so thanks for that too! 😁
The truck is out of factory warranty, but it is covered by CarMax's "MaxCare" extended warranty that I negotiated they add to the deal for free.
I guess a blower would void the powertrain coverage .. but I will have to confirm with CarMax
Besides upgraded OPG, cam gear, cats/exhaust, is there anything else I may be over looking?
Are the factory 20" wheels still good?
I don't want to level her or lift her unless absolutely necessary for the additional HP. and torque.

GESI Cats are highly recommended
Borla sounds the best to me for exhaust on the 5.0 F150 .. @Summers22 usually suggest the Borla XR1 muffler which is basically a more affordable upgrade than getting the whole catback system

Depending on where you are located... I know there is a guy in TX who does nothing but this work pretty much. He does the SC, OPG, and headers/exhaust, all with the cab off... He is on the Facebook group.
