SCT4 Tune Problem

I have 2011 Super Crew 3.5l turbo. Factory type K & N. When I use the SCT Tune for 87 it runs great for a while, then doesn’t like to run open. Starts to buck like no fuel . If I remove the tune and reinstall it. It runs fine for a while the starts to buck. I did the update. 20500 Miles ODO Mid grade here is 88
