I have a tune I want loaded on my truck, I updated and put the tune on the X4, when I plug the tuner in and hit program vehicle, it says download error,please return to stock, the truck is already stock.I cant get to any of my other tunes either, what should I do?

This seems to be a common problem after the firmware update.
Turn the key off and back on and reboot the tuner (unplug it for a few seconds) and start over. It will eventually work....or at least that's what I do when I get this error, about 50% of the time.
