palm beach dyno tuned today.
Drop my truck off 10am this morning to the guys over at palm beach dyno, They are only 6 miles from my work. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and really knows his ****. I went with a HP tuners Ngauge and a custom tune. end up leaving with 630rwhp and 500 tq. truck was still making power at 7100rpm and the curve is very nice. Rob spent about 5 hrs with the truck and getting everything dialed in. I was on the stock 3.750 pulley ( stage 2 whipple) with a stock exhaust. going off the top of my head I gain 30rwhp across the entire range and like 50tq. i settled on a shift point of 6900rpm. truck is a blast to drive.

What year truck? 630whp through the stock exhaust is very good. I wished I lived close to a good tuner....I think I could have avoided all my tuning drama if someone was hands on with the truck.

it's a 2018 f150 FX4. I will post the graph tonight. just been extremely busy. I was told they did record the runs and they were going to put them on their YT channel.

considering the stock cat back is 2.5", I suspect you'd see 20-30whp just from getting a 3" cat back on there.
624whp ain't nothing to sneeze at and that torque curve doesn't get much flatter.

i found that shifting at 6500-6600 in normal mode seems to be about perfect and 7000-7500 in sport for when your at the track in 4hi will get you the best et

Rob actually likes tuning the f150's over the mustangs. He really enjoyed tuning my truck and gave it extra attention. I was told that at the HP I'm at right now I getting the full 18.5 degrees of timing with 0 knock. I was also advised on getting an exhaust on the truck. I was told about 30 more hp with an exhaust and another 30 if I go to down to a 3.650 pulley. at this point I will be at the limit of the factory fuel pump. overall I'm super pleased with crew at palm beach dyno.

Those dyno numbers are right where they should be. My 2018 RCSB FX4 made 642whp. Whipple Stage 2 with stock pulley 93 octane, OZ tune and 4" exhaust with a chambered Heartthrob muffler.
My only extra is the catback over what you have. There is only an 18hp difference between our trucks.
