Default P0096 code Roush supercharged IAT2 issues.

Roush SC 2017 electrical issues, help needed!
Recently had supercharger and front timing chains off.
mechanical has all gone back together and is running well.
Electrically I have a problem with IAT2 temps that are reading consistently high and P0096, P0097 codes.
All the Roush wiring was not in great condition and i wrapped it in high temp elec tape.
IAT2 plastic sender was replaced as i suspected this was reading incorrectly, Delphi brass sender fitted with new plug.
This resulted in same incorrect temps and codes.
can anyone please supply a wiring diagram for the Roush kit?
Any suggestions be greatly appreciated.

Every time I have called Roush they were very helpful. Maybe try that?
