Nitrous install question

Installing nitrous express plate kit on my 2013. I thought I had the TPS wot switch wired correctly but it will not stay on green. It will flash green/red quickly. Also I have a MSD window switch, I have power to the window switch and it turns on but I have a few wires left over. Here are a few pics.
