That said I haven't done the math on the actual flow requirements, but if someone does they could answer this question.

Perhaps if you swapped some headers and a new intake manifold on an F150, it too would require 47lb injectors for E85.
I thought they were 32.5 lb injectors nonetheless, I'm guessing you are correct and just overall output is the reason why the mustang needs modifications for e85. I didn't know if there was any other difference with the pump or fuel system. I run the boss intake and longtubes with e85 fwiw. I also run an e85 nitrous tune on my stock pump setup. I'm going to log the crap out of it here soon to make sure I have enough fuel. Initial logs looked good.

I think the stock F150 fuel pump actually flows more fuel, but I could be wrong. I think this is why the Roush stage 2 Mustang supercharger kit comes with a fuel pump voltage booster while the stage 2 F150 kit does not. But again, the specific outputs of each stage 2 kit are different by about 60hp or 70hp as advertised by Roush, so perhaps that is the only difference that requires more fuel pump voltage.

The shop that I dyno the truck at suggested a bap. I'm going to get some good logs in to my tuner before I do that though.

I was running a tune and a 200 shot, and there was never any discussion regarding fuel pump or injectors....Not from the vendor or tuner, and I would estimate output at around 650crank with the MGIM, CAI, Tune & resonator delete. That said, 650 Nox HP requires less fuel than with a blower or turbo.

The injectors do not have to be replaced on the 18 Mustang GT to run E85. Just need a tune.

Yes but the 11 through 14's do require a minimum of a 47 lb injector. That's what I'm discussing as I have a 12th gen truck and gen 1 coyote.
