Good day, finally decided to install the JB4 I've had sitting around and had a couple of questions.
I performed the installation and had issues passing the wire/connector through the grommet shown in the instructions on the driver's side. I don't want to cut the grommet and the seals of the grommet on both ends make it impossible.
Has anyone tried using two spreader tools on both ends?

I temporarily ran the wire by dislodging the grommet and running it that way. I also would like the box not by the battery, but on the driver's side, not sure if anyone found a suitable location.

Btw the passing power is definitely noticable, on the 93 setting and the Bluetooth connection is really nice to flip between maps.
I'm not that impressed from the seat by the launch, it seems like its holding back a bit.
