Help with tuner or programmer

Hey I just got a 6" lift and 35's on my 2018 f150 3.3l v6. I've noticed when going around 70-75 I'm stuck in 4th gear at 3300 rpm. Is there a tuner or anything like that that will adjust the shifting points? Kinda new to all of this. Thanks
