I’d start with a tune and intercooler. If you want to keep going after that (because you are stuck with 91 octane) personally I’d find an intake manifold from the junkyard and drill/tap it for direct port meth injection.
By tune I'm guessing you don't mean "buy a tuner and slap on a canned tune," you probably mean visit a shop and have it professionally tuned?
