And yes, I am on the H cal.
Last note... this was not happening, being seen on the G CAL.

I never had the G cal. I just got my Whipple installed a few weeks ago and got the H cal as my first one. So unfortunately I have zero reference to how it should be.

You can see the dip and the change in the commanded throttle position.

I went out this morning and did a 2-5K pull. But I don't think the temps got down low enough to duplicate the issue you are seeing. Ambient temps were 54 and at the start of the pull I had IAT's at 79, they dropped to 77 during the first part of the pull then went back up to 83 by the end. Throttle position was perfect during the entire pull.

Have you ever thought about loading the Whipple tune and data logging the same type of pull? Maybe you could see if the Whipple CAL acts the same way with the low IAT. That information might be useful to Ken.

Yes, the issue started with the stock Whipple tune. I logged with stock whipple tune and saw similar issues.

*edit*
The issues i saw were a bit different than Rayovac's.
Mine was more of a cam delay when i first hit WOT.
Noticed it wasn't AS noticable when i eased into WOT a bit instead of mashing the pedal.

I actually have the Whipple tune loaded back up right now. That's a good idea.. if nothing more then verifying the issue was introduced by Whipple.

Ok, or just don't log the throttle source. Throttle angle source answers where it's getting the reason to cut throttle.

The most common reason for it to do that (when iat's get cold) would be that it's making more torque than is requested in the driver demand table, so it cuts throttle.

Yeah, my Whipple tune that was months before this last one does not have a problem with cold IAT temps but the tires do even in 4wd, LOL. It runs like a raped ape on Ken's tune compared to the stock Whipple tune.

Exactly this was introduced by Whipple in the H Cal. Ken said this was not present in previous versions.
