At 45k time for plugs in my 16 F150. Are E3s worth the extra ducketts?

I don't know much about the E3 aside from they have nice advertisments.

For your F150, ECO OR the 5.0, stick with NGK or Motorcraft and you'll be in great shape! The coils and plugs are pretty cheap at AutoZone. Pick them up tonight and you'll be prepared to change them tomorrow on a cold motor.

Every person I know who tried them had problems. Keep in mind these were all some form of GM LS-based V8s, so it's an apples-oranges comparison.

Not worth it, stick with NGK or Denso. E3 spark plugs are just marketing bs. A spark will only travel to the closet ground strap or path of least resistance. The extra one doesn’t help with spark but it does help with heat transfer.
