Default DW400 in tank pics.

DW400 in tank pics in case anyone needs them. High pressure fuel injection hose, modified basket and 4 holes along the front of the assembly. That will let the bucket stay filled and won’t let the fuel run out of it at WOT with 1/4 tank like drilling holes in the bottom will. The oem inlet is tiny and these big pumps can push fuel faster than the bucket can refill. Not saying this is the right way...it’s just my way.

Is the limit of this pump roughly 800 wheel on E85?

That’s what I’ve read but I haven’t tried it personally. I’m gonna do dual pumps and a -8 return system before I jump to E85.

Do you need to use a special kind of heat shrink for those electrical connections?

Hell, you can just use a butt connector if you want to. It doesn’t have to be sealed up. The connections in the plug aren’t.

I sent my assembly to DW and they installed my dw400 pump.

I will post some pictures of it for reference.

No bap, not planning on doing one.

Depends on the fuel and what I can get away with.

I will probably just run the same pulley I can run on 93.

Ken said with the factory fuel system the 2018 should be able to run the below configurations.

3.625” = 93 octane
3.500” = E50
