Delayed Shifting, Torque Reduction?
I've noticed for quite some time when flooring it I get quite the delayed shift between 5-6, but it might be 6-7th (I'll have to watch the gears closer). Believe it does it in normal or sport mode. It feels like massive amounts of torque reduction at the shift. As soon as the truck does shift it lunges forward and goes like hell. I don't notice it in any of the other lower gears. I don't go that fast very often, so I generally forget about asking about it. I've been thinking of picking up their 92 octane performance tune, but I want to make sure the tune and/or trans is on par first. Does anyone else have that delay & then it lunges forward? TIA.
I'm currently running a 5 Star 91 performance tune on a 2018 F-150 3.5 10 Speed. 28k on truck.
