Default california smog is doing whatever it can to keep my truck off the road
some one on this site has to have a factory 2001 ford f150 supercrue with a 5.4L and a 4r100 trans ... all im asking for is the oem #from the computer so napa can flash a new 1 so i can pass smog ...... and to your comment of i made a mistake moving here ..... i moved here to take care of my dieing mother i just need your guys help with a oem # thank you

It's California, I would say you made a mistake moving there. Other than that I am no help.

Couldnt you look at rhe PCM in your truck for the part number?

from his other 2 threads i gather his truck is a Frankenstein...PCM from expedition, Trans from a superduty

a vin will get the OE calibration code, BUT he has a 4r100 in there. A 4R70 calibration will cause all kinds of issues.
