Default Boost reference pressure regulator

For those that have a return style fuel system with a boost reference pressure regulator what do you have your base pressure set at?

In my early days of racing 38-42psi was pretty standard. injector size played a pretty important role as well. I would monitor AFR/lambda and set it to get an ideal reading.
