2016 screw 5.0l 4x4, so i recently picked up a bully dog bdx tuner and everything is great with one exception, it doesnt seem to matter where i have the speed limiter set to im currently locked to 130km per hour.
has any one else experenced this?

Well thats my bad, there's nothing wrong with the programmer. During the programming process my key was reset which set the speed limited and volume control on the radio. Once I reprogrammed my key all is right in the world.
