2017 crew cab 2wd 3.5l. I’m about to start upgrading my truck. I was thinking of getting nguage with 5* tunes, cvf titan intercooler, spd performance exhaust package, aem drop in filter, ams turbo inlet tube, maybe turbo smart bov. Anything I should do in addition or anything i shouldn’t do?
Sounds like a plan! And in the right order of upgrades. Only change I'd make and it's just my opinion skip the reusable air filter and stay with better toss away filter for the improved filtration especially with a turbocharged engine. I went with WIX filters for the deeper pleats also available in a racing version that uses lighter different media.
You may want to consider some high flow catted downpipes before changing the exhaust. KM
Pretty solid path there. Could always swap in the 2018+ turbos to get more headroom versus the stock 2017's if doing the full turbo-back exhaust stuff.
Just ordered today. Settled on ngauge 5* tunes, ams turbo inlet tubes, ams catted downpipes, ams adapters, spd resonated pipe, cvf intercooler, turbosmart bov, new plugs, and 170 tstat. Let the waiting games begin
