I posted this in the wrong section so here goes again. I have a 15 4x4 5.0 with a Whipple gen 5 stage 2 , Whipple tune , 3.65 pulley , factory cat y pipe , Borla Touring cat back , 3.73 gears . I launched truck in 4hi at 2500 rpm and it came out of gear and went into neutral . I had the rear locked in with the 4 hi engaged and I have done several launches this was the first time it has ever came out of gear and it sounded like the driveshaft fell out . I stopped the truck and got out and looked but there were no problems . I have made a few 4hi launches since and have had no problems so far . Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue ? I could have inadvertently turned it to 4 low and the truck said "NO,NO" but i did put it in 4 low after this and it pulled fine ( no , I didn't launch it in 4 low) . I went over the drive train with a fine tooth comb and nothing seems out of place or broken. I did put a Raptor trans mount on and it was after that when said incident occurred . I have since replaced the mount with the original one .

 

I cannot be of much help to you other than to say:

1) I have recently put on the "upgraded" raptor trans mount and have had 0 issues.
2) I have not yet experienced this issue in 4x4 launch.

Mind you...I am not putting out the HP that you are....
