I bought my cleats on e-bay for $32, and the plates for $30. Both new, with free shipping, genuine Ford parts, from two different sellers.
Took about thirty minutes of searching to find the best possible deal on both. Some kits were as much as about $110 for everything. Like anything else, there's a pretty wide spread on costs from different sellers.
