It appears that there is a newer version of SYNC 3 that I should be running. I purchased a new 2018, & it looks like it hasn't downloaded a new version since mfg date.
Checked my truck & it is still running version 2.3 !, and the Nav Maps Version in showing NA 1 15
I have enabled the auto updates from the truck, but it doesn't seem to be updating.
I have also had it in to the dealer recently for the seatbelt/ duct tape recall, don't they check to be sure it is running the latest version?
I should be able to update using wifi, or not? According to the desktop computer, I may need a USB drive. Why cant I update right from my cell phone?

I am just trying to update my Sync 3 to the latest version, as well as the Navigation.
Do you have any tips?
If you have Sync 3, what versions do you have running?
Sync 3 update?
