Hey guys my Father bought a 2018 F250 and I wanted to put SYNC 3 in it for him. I bought this unit from a local junkyard and put it in, but about a week later I found a killer deal on a brand new one that had navigation. And he really wanted navigation. So we bought that one and put it in. I have no use for this one anymore and would just like to get out of it what I have in it. I paid $475 for it so i can do $475 shipped. Please let me know any questions or anything. The unit works great and has F150 brackets.
What else would need to be done in order to swap it into a Sync2 truck? I know I'd have to get the USB replacement and possibly some forscan changes.
I did the sync 2 to sync 3 swap and just needed the USB and the plug for the USB hub. Forscan changes just to adjust the new apim to whatever options your truck has
